Vortex Rocks!
You will recall that I had a damaged (destroyed) spotting scope that I really wanted to get repaired to take out to Boomershoot with me.
I sent the damaged one in on Monday. On Tuesday, I received a notice from FedEx that a package was on the way. Today I received an intact replacement spotting scope from Vortex. No questions, no worries, almost hassle free.
